Parking

  1. To apply for Parking Accommodations, students should complete the Parking Accommodation Forms which can be found on the Student Affairs page of the portal.
  2. The student must complete the Request for Parking Accommodations.
  3. The treating physician must complete the Physician’s Verification Form.
  4. Both forms should be returned to the Student Affairs Office via email [email protected] or returned to room 202 of the 1928 building.
  5. The Associate Director for Academic and Student Programs will process the request and will notify the student of a decision via email.
  6. The Administrative Services Office will be notified and will reach out to the student with the
    corresponding parking pass.
