Managing Election Stress

Whether you are nonpolitical or a campaign volunteer, the final days before an election can bring up feelings of anxiety about the future and your ability to have an impact on the bigger picture of our country.

Stress about the results of the election, as well as about how people will react to those results may leave you feeling like you want to keep your distance. Even though the process of an election is exciting and should be a positive experience, that is not always the reality.
